Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

• Only authorized purchases of Peach Waves’ products are to be processed and shipped. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. 

• All orders are shipped within 2 business days via DPD or an equivalent carrier company after placing the order.

• Shipment of the Customers’ orders can be organized only within the Netherlands.

• Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal and major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. 

• When the order is ready to be shipped, the Customer receives a shipment confirmation e-mail and can easily track his shipment. The e-mail contains shipment details, parcel tracking number, and a link to the carrier organization site.

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout

• The following shipping options are available:

  • Small item shipment - 2,95 EUR
  • Standard shipment - 4,95 EUR
  • FREE shipment - from 70,00 EUR order value
  • FREE pick-up in Brandevoort (Herselsestraat 23, 5708XK) is only possible during the working hours of the salon which can be found on the salon page.


If the Customer to discover that the tracking number is showing the package was delivered yet the Customer has not received it, the Customer will be required to file a lost/stolen claim with the carrier. After a shipment has been reported lost, a request for further investigation may be made with Peach Waves via info@peachwaves.nl
