RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Peach Waves is committed to providing quality products to its Сustomers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Peach Waves purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return or exchange purchased products. If you need to return or exchange your product, please review the information below.

• Returns or exchanges must be made by the Customer within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.

• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Otherwise, the returning or exchanging procedure of the product can not be guaranteed.

• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

• To start returning or exchanging procedure please send your request to info@peachwaves.nl. The Customer’s request should be answered within 2 days with detailed instructions.

• The Customer is responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

• The Customer should make sure to record his tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.

• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

• Returns and exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks of our office receiving the Customer’s item.

• The Customer should allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on his credit card statement.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

The Customer needs to submit a request for damaged or defective merchandise within 7 days of the purchase via info@peachwaves.nl.
It is necessary to attach the photo of the product, a detailed description of its damage, and also to define the desired outcome of the situation (return, exchange, or replacement of the product). The Customer’s request should be answered within 2 days with detailed instructions to follow.
Shipping & handling charges of damaged products will be refunded by Peach Waves.
