PRIVACY POLICY
Peach Waves acknowledges the importance of privacy issues and is committed to protect and respect the privacy of its customers and other users of this website (collectively “Customers”) in accordance with European data privacy and security law (GDRP).
This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data collected from Peach Waves’ Customers when they use our website.
WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
Customers directly provide our company with most of the data we may collect and process, which includes:

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
For the same reason, Peach Waves may obtain information about Customers’ general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of Customers’ computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to Customers’ computer’s hard drives.
Customers may decline to accept cookies by activating the setting on their browsers which allows them to refuse the setting of cookies. However, if Customers select this setting they may be unable to access certain parts of Peach Waves’ website. HOW DO WE USE COLLECTED DATA
Customers’ data. Peach Waves uses data from Customers in the following ways:

HOW DO WE STORE YOUR DATA
By submitting Customers’ personal data, Customers agree to its transfer, storing, and processing at servers of our service providers which includes Fresha and Shopify according to their privacy policies. Peach Waves takes all reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information, modification, or disclosure of your personal information.
It is necessary to notice that, the transmission of information via the internet is not always absolutely secure. Although Peach Waves will use reasonable efforts to protect Customers’ personal data, Peach Waves cannot guarantee the security of Customers’ data transmitted to Peach Waves site; any transmission is at Customers’ own risk. Once Peach Waves has received Customers’ information, it will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
All the received data is stored by Peach Waves for 7 (seven) years. Once this period has expired the data is deleted based on an annual basis.
Once Peach Waves has given Customers (or Customers have chosen) a password which enables Customers to access certain parts of Peach Waves website, Customers are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Peach Waves require Customers not to share a password with anyone.
MARKETING
Peach Waves may feel that some products or services could be of interest to its Customers. Peach Waves gives its Customers an option if they agree to receive the latest information about Peach Waves promotions, new offers, products, and services.
If Customers are existing customers of Peach Waves, they are contacted only by electronic means (a newsletter or email updates or a feed via a social networking service) with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to Customers. If Customers are new customers of Peach Waves, they will be contacted by electronic means only if Customers have consented to this.

SUBMITTING PAYMENTS

We use PayPal and Shopify Payments to process our payments and your payment information including PayPal and Shopify Payments details, credit card details or bank account details may be stored and processed by PayPal in accordance with PayPal’s terms of use.
